I had my domain snatched by some pornographic arses.
They used my .net to sell their incest porn of all things.
Any idea how I can get it back???

I had to move to .tv

if you google my name incest porn comes up before my music does... aweful

This is rediculous I had no idea someone could do such a thing. it sickens me.

Yah. I can't stant Network Craptoutions. Bastards screwed me over more times than I can count. In fact, most of my calls to tech support were never logged, so I had a heap of trouble trying to clear up one billing mistake.

I transfered my domains to AZC after that. Those guys know what they're doing, and I get a knowledgeable person on the phone within seconds of dialing! And the best part is they ACTUALLY HELP YOU OUT! Screw waiting on hold for crap service. I'm never going back to NSI.

My company has been the owner of the domain iu.com since 1995. Last month we had noticed attempts to steal the domain, so we had set the 'Do Not Transfer' flag on the domain at Network Solutions. Sometime in the next day (a Sunday), someone (supposedly from Beijing, China) managed to change the password to the account that oversaw the domain account. From there they changed the Network Solutions password, changed all the account and DNS information, reset the 'Do Not Transfer' flag, and transferred the domain to OnlineNIC.com -- all within an hour or two (so much for any safeguards at Network Solutions). We reported the theft to Network Solutions on Monday morning, however they claimed they could not do anything since they no longer had the domain. They marked the event as suspicious, and sent a report of the 'fraud' to OnlineNIC.com to assist with our attempts to regain control over the domain. A week latter the person responsible for the theft moved the domain to Enom.com.

I've managed to regain control over the account that originally oversaw the domain, and still hold the Domain Manager account for the iu.com domain at Network Solutions. We have found the information (contact, email, address, phone, fax) for the person who stole our domain to be fictitious and different in all three places (Network Solutions, OnlineNic, and Enom) it has traveled.

Currently, I pursueing legal action against Network Solutions, and filing the online fraud forms. It's a battle which I'm sure will be somewhat expensive, but it needs to be fought.
