My partner was involved in a serious motorbike accident in Spain. He broke his collarbone, but he was in a coma for 5 weeks. He had a lesion on his brain which is healing. His arm was not strapped and it is now eight weeks since the accident and has just been released from hospital, still without a strap and has just been told to rest his arm. He is in agony and I am basically looking for advice now.
